Brushes: amazing pictures are being painted. It’s an iPhone paint tool

When I was looking at Big Canvas Photo Share I’ve found funny and artistic pictures drawn by this person. Apparently he drew his pictures on an iPhone app, so I checked the website and found out about this app, Brushes.

I’ve never used a painting software even on a PC, so I decided to try it out. And I’m pretty happy with my paintings!

After the first screen, tap on the gallery.

So, these are the how to’s.
First, there’s nothing on the screen. So tap on the bottom, 2nd to the left on the brush icon. Adjust the thickness of the brush and tap on “done” when you’re finished.

There are 3 kinds of brushes. Swipe your finger on the upper screen, or tap on the dots under “brush”.
Tap on the bottom right icon to change the color of the brush. Then choose the color you want from this circle.

I’m assuming that the bar under the circle is to adjust the brightness. The more left you go it’ll get darker, and the more right the brighter. Under that is opacity. It’s really useful.
You can also tap on the old- new icon or the black/ white area to change the color.

Alright here I go. Tap on the arrow button in the center to undo/ redo.
I tried drawing a bee from Dizzy Bee. It’s quite good right? It looks alike.

Tap the dropper icon on the 2nd right to use the color of this range.
I drew the guy from Monopoly. Don’t you think I’m quite good!?

You can make a thumbnail of your picture too.
The bucket icon on the left side is to change the background color. It’s important for me because I think gray is not happy enough.

I just found out that you can enlarge it up to 400%.
The dropper tool made it look so good!

I used a thicker brush, and smudged it a bit. It makes it look so professional.
The mouth is quite hard. I went back, and did it over again and again…
